| TAT estimator says 3 months plus 4-6 weeks delay currently being experienced. That means you should expect to wait 4-6 more weeks if you shipped using standard tiers. So....see you next month. | ||

| I am aware of the anecdotes, but as a former retail manager, I recognize some people's penchant for hyperbole and misremembering facts. I calculated my potential return date when my order had changed to "received" based on the "processed within 12 weeks" wording on my invoice. That invoice was created approximately a week and a half before my order had been received. I am just giving facts. This is not to be construed as a grievance. Just simple reporting. Thanks! |

| My small order from June 6th at NFCC just went from Submitted to Labels this morning on the invoice.... Dashboard changed to "Grading"...Invoice changed to "Labels" (this made my day!!!) |

| I would have received these on Saturday, but I wasn't home to sign for them. I had them routed to my local Walgreens to pick up. They were "delivered" as of Monday evening around 7. Turnaround would have been 23 weeks and 2 days had someone been home to sign for them on Saturday. I can say that I believe that if there is going to be an 11 week delay, the verbiage on the submission forms (especially the digital ones) should reflect the actual turnaround times. Had I known it was going to be 24 weeks turnaround, I would not have started looking for tracking data for my order 12 weeks ago. |

| Just submitted a new order thus week. Two signed and sketched books submitted for grading and yellow label. Invoice created December 19th and mailed via USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope that day. Accepted by an individual at CBCS today, according to the USPS tracking number. Order currently shows "Submitted" on the digital invoice. |
