| Hello, I'm relatively new and have a question I hope someone here could answer. If I have a VSP book with an old holder and I want to get a new holder for it, when I submit the book to CBCS will they crack the book open and re-evaluate its condition? Will they honor the VSP or do I have to pay for another VSP? Thanks in advance! |

| As long as the outer shell is intact, you can send it in using the $10 re-holder option to have it placed in a new holder with the latest label and honoring the previous grade and all witnessed/verified signatures | ||
