| Why is it that some books come with no notes what so ever? Just curious | ||

| @crash - Not all books have notes, especially books with high grades (9.8's). Why - because notes take time; and as you may have noticed, turn around times are a little behind right now. | ||

| Okay, I just received my slabbed books. Handed over in May at Phoenix Comic Fest. At no time did any of the books appear on the Dashboard. At no time did I receive notice that the books were being graded or shipped, except that FedEx emailed me the day they were delivering and I happened to be home. Now, I have about one-third of my books with the check mark next to the grade, which I guess means the books look better than the grade given. I am supposed to be able to read in the graders notes why the lower grade, but none of my books show notes when I type in the code found on the upper area directly below the grade. Help, suggestions? | ||

| Did you get any grades below 9.6? If so, that is unusual. However Not all 9.6s receive grades as welL. | ||

| I had a similar problem where the notes weren't showing up and I called it in...I was looking on the wrong screen in my dashboard and once he walked me through it, I could access everything. I didnt have this issue before, so maybe it's something simple like that | ||

| These were all older books. FF 49 got a 8.5, Peter Parker 1 the same, and the highest grade on the 18 books was a 9.2, with five of the books receiving the check mark next to the grade. All the books I submitted were graded and mailed. Nothing appears on the dashboard. Under recently graded, nothing. First time I ever submitted books, so I just was curious about grades and graders' thoughts. | ||
