Diabetic Easy Peanut Butter Fudge

Serves:32
Prep:10 Min
Cook:10 Min
Method: Stove Top
_______________________________________

Ingredients

3/4 c splenda/sugar blend
1/2 c whole milk
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
3/4 c creamy or chunky peanut butter
________________________________________

1)Put the Splenda blend & milk into the top of a double boiler set on medium high heat

2)Bring it to a boil

3)Boil 2 1/2 minutes

4)Take it off the heat

5)Add the peanut butter and vanilla

6)Stir just until mixed well

7)Pour into a greased 9 X 9 pan

8)Cool & cut
