Problems with billing!!7009

| Has anyone else had this problem? Since the move, my submissions billing are so far off!! My moderns are billed at $54 instead of $16.00 the list goes on. I've got roughly 450 submissions waiting to be graded. I've tried calling CBCS BILLING/Customer Service and all I get "The mail box is full". Who do I have to call to get things corrected? | ||
