| The real one from 1991 has a price on the lower left front corner. The promo comic has "ADVERTISEMENT" on every page and does not have a price on front cover. Easy to distinguish. | ||

| So it looks like there are 3 versions (ashcan, newsprint promo, and Mean Machine). I assume the newsprint promo would be the most common since they were included in a few DC comics in 1991. Eight newsprint copies sold for $70 in the last 30 days or so. Jeez, I guess it's time to start pulling inserts from Justice League #33, Detective Comics #639, and Superman #62. This is getting insane. | ||
