ASM 361 2nd print has 524 total graded on CGC census. That's the book to have for scarcity at less than half the qty of Spec 64.

	Seller probably refunded the money to get out of the second shipping costs of sending you the book you ordered. Now he is charging you for shipping instead of paying for his mistake. If your happy with it, enjoy the book.
