@Studley_Dudley thanks! Paid a pretty penny but thought it was cool Todd McFarlane's son has an Ebay account where he gets his Dad to sign books for auction. The notes he does are a nice touch. The photos of Todd modeling the book are pretty funny. It's for the PC and I'll remember all the little touches.

If people start pricing the pence variants for more, they'll sell for more.

I know right. I read people either dont like the pence symbol or are misinformed that they are second prints. If I see one one in high grade I wouldn't mind pulling the trigger if the price is right.

This is a tough find in 9.6 or higher. Great find.

The DC rebirth I bought new off the newsstands at B&N and BaM.
The 2011-13 Marvel newsstands are almost entirely eBay listings where the seller didn’t list them as newsstand. Usually BIN’s that set off my saved searches, so I nab them within a few hours of listing.

Uhh it’s actually not that dirty. Honestly. Looks pretty bad in the pic. On a better note, I just got this book checked off the list. It’s one of the easiest Marvel 2013 newsstands to find but still very difficult in a 9.8.

Question for you guys. When did CGC start differentiating between newsstand and direct? uncanny 513 labels it as a newsstand variant.

CGC is still figuring it out as far I’ve seen. Supposedly they notate when there is a cover price variance but I’ve seen it missed.

@kaptainmyke thanks! this was an eBay auction ended last night. Seller did not mention newsstand.
