| God I hope McFarlane knows what he’s doing. I am a long time Spawn fan and don’t want this to take away from what he’s built. At the same time I do like the idea of a different type of hero movie and more of a horror/suspense genre for this character. | ||

| Really hoping there isn't too much comedy in this new Spawn (which is what i associate with Foxx). He did have a pretty badass and somewhat serious role in Baby Driver that i liked and I think he pulled off pretty well. | ||

| I really hope this one is done right..needs to knock this one out of the park because of the terrible first movie. Must admit I'm apprehensive about twitch being main character and spawn having no lines.( in which case why does he need a major lead actor.. That said I remember reading Jamie foxx has wanted to play spawn) If it is anything like the fan film "the recall" I would be very, very happy. |

| Bugger.. Tbh though I never got into those characters as they just hold the spawn story arc back Spawn almost at 300. Just wish they world bring on full blown armageddon, wreck the world and have spawn doing his bit on both sides of the fence in a new distopian world... The movie really needs to be something like the recent dark horror story arc, but my bets on that it won't be as its written by todd. ( I have huge respect for the guy but writing isn't his strong suit) |

| People can clown Jamie Foxx for some of his acting choices, but the guy can do great work with the right material-Django, Ray, Collateral, The Kingdom...hell, I even like Any Given Sunday and am 1 of the 6 people that liked Miami Vice. I'm more skeptical of McFarlane as director. Look at the sh@tshow that was Frank Miller on The Spirit. I see his directing being the primary problem. |

| My main concern is that 'Beat Shazam!' remains on the air. I plan on being on the show eventually and it'd be shame if it was cancelled due to schedule conflicts. I already missed out on Deal Or No Deal and with my medical issues now American Ninja Warrior is out too. | ||
