For those who have used them before, how long did it take for them to send an invoice? Books were delivered over a week ago.

First time I used them, it took over two weeks. It was NY Comic Con time, so they were slammed with books. Every other time it's been around a week or so.

If you're worried about it, just send them a message through Facebook and ask if they got them.

My books arrived April 28th....signing (Stan Lee) was May 3rd....I got a message requesting payment on the 7th. It wasn't an invoice (like through EBay). It was just a message with a total and instructions where to send payment.

Are these the ones you were going to have Stan Lee sign?

Trinity announced a few days ago his signing was postponed indefinitely due to the situation with Keya, I presume.

@Drogio it was. Must have missed that announcement. I don’t have book of faces. Thanks for the heads up.

he doesn't send invoices. your invoice is the facebook message asking for payment. that's how he rolls.

Will they have a booth at SDCC?

I know Trinity will be there, I was just wondering if I’ll be able to drop stuff off in person?

@Frontier2Xterra looks like it might be back on. From Trinity's Facebook:

"Hey guys. Good news. Looks like the Stan signing may be back on tentatively.. we will need books and payment will be due by 7/10. It is not all the way on but we wanted to give you all a heads up so you can get books in to us in time."

This might be the last year for anyone to try and get Stan's signature on a book.

Good to know, thanks! I haven't heard back but I know they were at a con over the weekend. I will try to reach out again if I don't hear from them in a few days.

This just in from Trinity...Stan Lees signature going up in price.

"Hey guys FYI the Stan Lee signing is definitely on. Books are due 7/10. However, his new management has increased his prices. The new price is $175/signature.

If you have books with us we will contact you regarding the price change and if you don’t want to pay that we will send your books back to you of course.

Everything else will be run the same. Thanks."

anyone here willing to pay $175? I cringed at $145...but it makes my comics that already have his signature more valuable!

So far, customer service sucks. I don’t have face book. I get it. I’m the one at fault in this age.

But my experience has been freaking awful. No invoice yet. Little to no communication. And if this happens. I’m not paying for it. Send me my books back.

I never had any luck through email. Seems to solely work through FB. He's good, but during convention season...well, good luck.

Wonder how many others will want sir books back...last raise in Lee's sig was $130 to $145. And that was only within the last 6 months. $25 is a huge jump.

First and last experience. Customer service is garbage. I don’t care if you have FB/twatter/ or instaitch. Customer service is customer service and so far, garbage.

@Frontier2Xterra I agree. If you are quick to grab the money, then provide customer service. I get it, it is con season and he is busy. However, at the same time he is operating as a business.

I have been waiting for a book for almost a year. It was supposed to be submitted at one con and after a while, I reached out multiple times and finally found out it had not been submitted.

Once I get this book back with a few others that I sent out during the period in which I thought my "lost" book was with CBCS, I will be reluctant to use his services again.

Stan probably won't make it to 2020, putting that into perspective they have us by the proverbial 'balls'

Unless you want to meet him in person, buy something already signed in a yellow label. his sig is plentiful enough it doesn't drive up the price more than the value of he comic, slab process and signature combined unless it's a really high grade to begin with.

Trinity rule of thumb: The more money you spend the more attentive he is to you. If you only get a few signatures here and there you are a small fish and will be treated as such.

I have dealt with Trinity since before when it was just Matt all by himself. I was very pleased in the beginning with his organizational skills, communication and customer service, no complaints for a couple years. He did some great and special things for me in the beginning and I am still grateful.

However, I won't use his services anymore. Everything I originally liked went downhill as soon as he vamped up the exclusive variants and celebrity signatures.

I sent him a 4k book to have signed by an older artist who does 1-2 cons a year, a week ahead of the deadline. When I finally got a hold of him at the convention he said he left it at home because he thought someone else was supposed to sign it. This told me that he hadn't even opened the box to look at my book because if he had he would have seen that the artist he assumed it was for had already signed it. I actually had to personally arrange for his minion to hand it off to another facilitator several months later, who was able to come through huge and get the artist I needed to sign it. (Genuine COA)

He still has two of my books raw that I dont even want his services for anymore so I've repeatedly asked him to mail back with no response.

The lack of integrity, disrespect of loyal customers and not taking responsibility for his mistakes is a no-go for me.

Pretty much the same experience as I have had. Great service a little over 2 years back replaced by excuses that do not add up. You live and learn.

@Odins_Raven how was Genuine COA? Curious in case there is a future signing that is of interest.

@Hcanes I have had very positive experiences with Genuine COA thus far. Husband and wife team, I've never met them in person but have spoken to them several times over the phone. I can say that my experience has shown me they are driven to provide the best service possible to all their customers. The website could be a bit better and their communication suffers a bit during convention season as do most facilitators but not to an unreasonable level.

I've used Trinity a few times in the past and each time the result is dissapointing. Afterwards I was able to meet Matt at a convention and that pretty much made up my mind. I won't use them again. Outside of personal opinions, he is too busy to provide what he promises. And it is true, if you are a small fish you will defiantly be treated as such.

Why doesn't the Trinity make at least one post here explaining his business? I've always found that strange, because there are a lot of current and potential customers here who could benefit from hearing directly from them. Too busy to make a single post? And the only Facebook messaging thing is crazy in this day and age.

Well, you post here. And you have your blog. And probably an email address? I've never used Trinity but from the forum I get the impression he literally only responds to Facebook messenger. I would consider that odd, too.

Okay, I admit I do respond to facebook page messages, facebook messenger messages, blog post messages, forum messages, and my emails. Everything else I ignore.
