I think you can find that on Grindr

I don't do Grindr.
"Grindr for Equality is an ever-evolving mission to promote justice, health, safety, and more for LGBTQ individuals around the globe."
Nothing about comics LOL!

I thought He-Man was cartoon porn for the LGBTQ (and sometime Y) community.

I can't believe how difficult it is to track down one of these. I'm sure there are tons of them out there.

I saw that and the 2 signed copies for over $400 each. The most I'd pay for a Nm copy is $10 and even that is more than it's worth. Thanks anyway

@OGJackster
I was wondering what made it worth $100.
Sounds like it's not.

That explains the current pricing
, this book is the 1st appearance of She-Ra in comics, far as I can tell from Wikipedia.

Her only other appearance was in (per Wikipedia ) was in mini-comics included with 80's He-Man figures.

The $99 auction format listing will likely sell, it is literally the only raw copy on eBay as I type this and with slabbed BIN's pushing $500 sticker prices...it's not rocket science.

1)
People see no other raw copies listed on eBay & it's not in stock at MCS,MileHigh,New Kodiak etc.

2)
They than note the $450+ stickers on slabs

3)
Netflix solo She-Ra series pops up in their heads, along with 1980's nostalgia.

4)
Lone copy in auctions sells for $99, or up to $200 and change.

I checked sold prices, about 10 copies sold.

Most sold at about $10 shipped. So about cover price. All BIN's.

Only 2 copies were listed with "1st Appearance Of She-Ra" in the title; 1 sold at $25 + shipping, other at $about $20 (shipped from Canada).

Looks like the sellers of most copies didn't know this book was worth a damn more than cover.

They all got zapped up and only a $99 opener is on eBay now.

All that said, I'd definitely pay a good deal more than 10 bucks for a NM copy of this book.πŸ‘

Sounds like a Good Morty / Good She-Ra situation.

I thought She-Ra’s first appearance was the giveaway 8 page Comic before the release of the movie in 1985. I think the title was Secret of the Sword

Yeah, I could have asked and I'm sure you would have told me about the She-Ra Netflix dealy-o.☺

But IME, it is always better to do your own research.

Pretty much 90+ times out of a 100, whenever someone posts up a WTB on any comic forums for a book that sounds obscure/low demand....If you look up the book, what character/story significance it has....and than Google that aspect of the book with "movie show" added into the search string...you'll see that a movie or TV show was optioned or confirmed.πŸ˜‰πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

The good part kicks in at the 2:18 mark and lasts for about a minute, with She-Ra kicking in at the end, at the 3 minute mark

She-Ra's solo is priceless.
