Submitting multiple comics in person6342

Hey so this upcoming saturday rob liefield will be doing an event for the deadpool 2 movie at my local area and cbcs will be there from what has been confirmed to me so my question is since im really new to this whole thing and has never submitted comics. Does the price range differ from submitting in person instead of sending by mail? Im planning on sending 4 -6 comics and does cbcs also do pressing services along the grading

The price is the same submitting in person & CBCS does in-house pressing. 👍🏼

Here is the pricing for their Pressing services. I strongly recommend paying the extra for Fast Pass pressing.

Oh alright so they still charge for shipping fee over there. So fast pass as it sounds means it'll be done quciker correct?

Oh, you do save on shipping to CBCS. you do save there. But yes, it gets done quicker with fast pass.

This Forum helped me out last year with the same question. You do save a bit on the shipping and the hassle of it. Filling out the online form ahead of time saves a lot of time at the event. Speaking of which Phoenix fest is coming up and I have a whole box of potential submits to sort through. Problem is life is kicking me upside the head lately and finding time to do a good job is gonna be tough. Good luck to you.

Oh alright so it's best for me to fill out the info at the online sheet then print it out and present it to then at the event to help move things quicker?

If the viagra is working you should be well over a 9.8. xkonk private msg quote post Address this user

If you have a whole lot of books, or a very straightforward order, it might save time to fill out the sheet ahead of time. But if you don't have too many and if you have things that you have to write on there anyway (like pressing), I would just let them fill it out at the event. I submitted ten books with pressing and some other stuff, filled out my form there, and it was quick and easy. The only work I did ahead was to write down the publishing date and rough value so they could put it in the proper tier.

Something I've always wondered with screening and fast pass etc..

You know you want a book pressed, you can see the defect.. Do you need pre screen.. Ie Does our screening ensure the defect is picked up by cbcs before it is pressed ( ie a more detailed review of the book and its defects) or its purely to sort the wheat from the chaff?

As far as I understand, pre-screen for pressing is an inspection to confirm the book is a good candidate for pressing. Basically, would pressing possibly damage the book? Are there tears and such? I don’t think pre-screen gives you a more thorough press.

Someone correct me if I’m wrong.

What they told me was that pressing screen says that the presser thinks that the grade will improve at least one level.

Quick question do they only take cash or do credit as well? When it comes to events where they'll be at
