@drchaos Natalie Portman, that scrawny little chick? I don't care if she played Jane in the previous movies. I vote for Ronda Rowsey. At least she looks the part.

Ronda would have to be capable of acting first.

The Orville season 3 will move from Fox to Hulu. I enjoyed both the first two seasons, so this sucks for me as I don't have a Hulu account and don't plan to.

EXCLUSIVE: TOM WELLING, LYNDA CARTER RETURNING FOR CRISIS ON INFINITE EARTHS

WB is going all out for their upcoming Arrowverse Crisis On Infinite Earths event as Tom Welling and Linda Carter are in talks to return.

A source at Comic-Con has filled me in on details regarding the crossover, which I'll say is bigger than anyone thought.

Tom Welling, of course, is known for Smallville and will reprise his character, with Lynda Carter having played the '70s Wonder Woman. Carter actually appeared in episodes of Supergirl, but she will be back as Wonder Woman.

Comic-Con also saw it announced that Brandon Routh will suit up as the Kingdom Come Superman side by side the Tyler Hoechlin Man of Steel.

Burt Ward, the '66 Robin from the Batman series, was also announced at Comic-Con to be appearing in Crisis on Infinite Earths, which is a comic book story that involves multiple Earths and universes, something the Arrowverse has already touched upon but is expanding for the Crisis event series.

More details to come.

It's awesome! I ended up binging the entire season in one go lol

Also - Comcast OnDemand has the 1st 3 episodes of Pennyworth up to watch for free. Pretty cool show actually especially if you like Bond, UNCLE, Jack Ryan type stories. It's set in 1960's London and is more espionage than superhero. Pretty cool story about how Alfie met Thomas.

@JLS_Comics I was going to check it out but I decided not to. If I really liked it then I'd be tempted to get Epix. The last thing I need is another premium network lol!

Only eight?! Ah, darn. Well, I'll probably watch the rest tonight. I hadn't checked to see how many episodes there were. Hopefully, they will make the second half of the first season (?) soon!

@Jesse_O I was excited to start watching but after turning it on, it just seemed to be a rehash of the past years. So with that said, I sometimes turn it on for background noise while messing around with my comic books in my Man Cave. Now, Croc Week will be another story Looking forward to that.

@OGJackster yeah, a lot of it IS rehashed old programs. The 2-3 hours before "Shark after Dark" is all new stuff though. And I hope to not be disappointed by Croc Week!!! Have you been watching "Out There With Jack Randall" on Nat Geo Wild? It's pretty decent. He's a young guy that is following in Steve Irwin's footsteps. He refers to Steve as his mentor.

Season 2 of Lodge 49 started this week. I loved season 1 and am looking forward to season 2. Don't think I could explain what the show is or is about. Offbeat and very quirky. Not even worried about them explaining things or it getting wrapped up coherently. I'm just along for the ride. If you want something different, give it a try.

Season 2 of Mindhunter dropped on Friday on Netflix. It picks up where season 1 leaves off. Fictionalized drama of the beginnings of the BSU at the FBI.

Looks the Krypton Cancelled on Syfy. Also, Syfy is NOT going to do Lobo. Both will probably end up streaming.

@Scifinator Thanks, I hadn't heard. Why do they always cancel the shows I watch? Maybe DCU will start producing it along with Lobo. I was king of wondering why it was on SyFy in the first place. I would think DCU would be collecting all of their shows so they could glam-up their pay service.

Superman Prequel 'Krypton' Canceled at Syfy

Additionally, the 'Lobo' spinoff will not move forward at the cable network, though producers Warner Horizon will shop the pilot elsewhere.
Krypton will not live to see another day.

Syfy has opted to cancel the drama, which told the story of Superman's grandfather, after two seasons. The decision arrives mere days after the David Goyer-produced drama starring Cameron Cuffe wrapped its sophomore frame.

The drama, which was produced by an outside studio — Warner Horizon — was unable to cut through and find an audience. Wednesday's finale drew just 350,000 same-day viewers, with season two averaging a total of only 408,000. That's down considerably from the 1.8 million viewers (with three days of DVR) from season one.

Syfy renewed the series for a second season in May 2018 after Krypton ranked as the Chris McCumber-led network's best series premiere in more than three years and its most-watched debut series in four. Season one of Krypton is streaming on DC Universe, with the sophomore season expected to join the Warners-backed platform in 2020.

Additionally, the DC Entertainment-produced spinoff Lobo has also been passed over at Syfy. Producers Warner Horizon will shop the project about the comic book character — played by Emmett J. Scanlan — to other outlets. Lobo was introduced and Scanlan recurred during season two of Krypton. The spinoff is overseen by Krypton showrunner Cameron Welsh.

Krypton is the latest series to get the ax at Syfy, which also recently canceled Deadly Class and Happy after one and two seasons, respectively.

Syfy's scripted roster now consists of The Magicians, acquisitions Wynonna Earp and Van Helsing, The Purge (which also airs on cable sibling USA Network) and the upcoming Resident Alien. The latter is awaiting a premiere date on the NBCUniversal-owned cabler.

On the development side, Syfy's pipeline includes pilots Cipher and (Future) Cult Classic and a script order for a Chucky update.
