@Tedsaid BKV writes Bariers...there was a FCBD issue and I think the regular issues is a four issue weekly mini series.

My way of getting off the hype train:

Rule 1: collect good reads ONLY

Rule 2: delay. No More Wednesday Warrior

Rule 3: for those books outside the first 2 rules, keep only what you can carry.

One complaint I have with DC is that there is much unsaid, or, ā€œin between the framesā€. They tend to force one to make assumptions, a lot.

I hadn't noticed that as a general rule, but they sure did it a lot in Metal. Leaving things unsaid can be a useful way to speed up the action, if done right. If you do it like they did in Metal? Where you "leave things unsaid" because you don't know how to get from A to B? Then it turns the story to crap.

What I didn't like about metal was how they crammed the origin of the batman who laughs into one volume...felt like they sped through it and skipped many crucial or interesting detail in the character development just to get it over with...I didn't feel that way about the other metal one shots...but I had high expectations by the time TBWL #1 came outbecause if the build up. I'm sure if this character sticks around and has interest they'll do a 4 issue mini series or something. I think there's more depth there that can be explored...

The issue #1 spam of next few months is a major turn off

The trend of using same art on differnt variant covers is starting to creep in.

That will wreck modern variant values. :/

It is an artgerm 1:100 marvel variant which will be released next Wednesday. Donā€™t think it has been released before although some says it looks similar to a Frison variant

Might been available for pre-orders through your LCS

Hmmm... I'm confused again.

I find virgins on Ebay for about $100, and trade dress for around $6.00. With pre-sale fast tracked virgin 9.8's around $150.

So, is this not out yet?

No - only on wednesday. Any listings you find are pre-sales.

Yes - except I have stopped doing pre-sales on eBay as I cannot maintain my top rated seller status while doing pre-sales. Too many printer errors / distribution delays etc which causes delay in shipping and being penalized by ebay

Send me a pre-sale price via message, for a virgin. If you are going to sell. Thanks.

P.S. Heck, send me a price for ANY virgin. I'm desperate.

Hillbilly, between 18 and 25, and between 105-140 lbs. Hair color optional but I prefer dark. Don't care about the eyes. No fat ankles. Attitudes are okay. Will train.

So far I've only seen 1:500 Variant covers. Has there ever been anything more "rare" than that? Like 1:10,000 or etc?

If there is a way to commission just one copy of a cover (not a blank cover with a sketch on it), I would do it. Then I could sell it as the 1:lifetime cover and we all know there's some dedicated collector who needs it.

Just wait until all comic books have serial numbers like dollar bills.

The chase will be on for serial numbers 000001 and so forth.

Then an upgrade would include moving from owning Deadpool #1 ser.#0000121, to ser.# 0000033.

Man O man. I can't wait.
