Idk why, but I'm a sucker for the Phantom and the Shadow. Those are a couple that are never in the conversation when I discuss comic movies, yet I find myself watching them every time I find them on TV.

Did you ever see the Rocketeer? Now I know where the late great Dave Stevens got his inspiration.

Don't let the Human Torch sneeze near you. It'll catch a bush on fire.

+1 to Man of Steel - I know that's an unpopular opinion.

I think Norton was a better Bruce Banner than the current version.

For Me it's Iron Man. The hi-tec story lines are much more engaging as an adult. There is also no other actor that can match Robert Downing's perfomance's as Tony Stark

I guess not a Super hero, but The Crow is probably the comic adaptation I've watched the most...Dredd is up there too and while in the minority, I'm a big fan of the Stevenson Punisher film and the Daredevil Director's Cut.

Marvel...Spider-Man 2

D.C....The Dark Knight.

Movies that include costumed heroes...

The Adventures of Captain Marvel (Republic), Spy Smasher (Republic), The Secret Code (Black Commando, Columbia), Iron Man (Marvel Studios), Captain America (Marvel Studios), Thor (Marvel Studios), Spider-Man (various, Marvel Studios) Avengers (Marvel Studios), The Spider's Web (Columbia) and Superman vs The Molemen (movie released prior to syndicated TV series)

This isn't a complete list of faves, but off the top of my head, these fit the category!

not sure if qualifies as super hero but definitely comics...i thought Dredd (Karl Urban) was brilliant and criminally flew under a lot of people's radar at the theatre.

As super hero from movies i think Sam Worthington was fantastic. He became human to alien to hero from another planet. In Terminator Salvation Sam is dead came back alive turns into half man half robot then saves Connors live and mabey human salvation.I still love Henry Cavil as best Superman yet but thats just my input.
