| Thanks guys - a couple more notes to consider: The high rez photos that Ditch posted are a bit deceiving...it doesn’t appear that way in person. The lighting really exposes all the defects. When you actually see the book it looks much nicer. The one with the hand is really how it looks. It was slabbed in 2002- I think they recommend reslabbing it at a certain point. Not sure what that point is- I’ll have to look it up. Anyway- So now you see the problem....estimates between 1.5 - 4.0 / old vs new label / archival case vs non-archival case - it’s really all over the place. Thanks again for the help...I’ll try to decide what to do and I’ll post the results when I know... it could be weeks or years away. But in any case, I love the book and honored to have it in my collection. |

| The book was certified in 2002, I would recommend getting graders notes before opening the holder and getting it re certified. There could be hidden flaws like internal page spine splits, margin pieces missing, which can bring a book down below good. | ||
