If you don't have receipt, but you know location you shipped from, the amount of transaction(check bank statement), and a time of day, or at least a small window of time(1-2 hours) they can retrieve tracking info, it's a pain in the ass, and wherever you shipped from will give you the eye roll, but it can be done. I had to do it a while ago with an Ebay transaction, they looked it up and found my tracking info |

| I have had my books in for 19 weeks and nothing yet still in labeling for the last 4 weeks. Turned in my books at a show on the Feb 28, 2018 and still waiting. Called them and they told me its gonna be another week but thats what they told me the last couple times I called. | ||

| @anthonybischoff I totally agree that it is CRAZY how long it is taking. Totally feels like I got burnt because of the amount of time it is taking. 12 weeks was crazy, to wait even longer is insane. If CBCS has this big of a problem on turn around they need to STOP taking in comics till they get within the 12-week time frame. I too want my comics back. On top of that, where is the discount for them going over the 12 weeks causing my mental anguish? I still say it will take them between 8 and 12 months to do a simple grading turnaround. Prove me wrong CBCS!!! |

Hi. Not used to forum posting so please forgive any minor breaches of etiquette. I sent in a (possible) signed asm300 for verification and slabbing. I did 2 day modern fast pass and I chose to encapsulate even if verification fails. Any idea of current turnaround times with verification? It's my first CBCS submission. It's in processing now.they received it 8 days ago. |

| @RavenBeard I just figured mine out and it would be the 17th week right now I just get the same old copy and paste excuse last email I was told my comics would be done in a week and a half and we now blew past that deadline to a copy and paste excuse again, the problem is they keep taking in every 2 day order they can which pushes all the other orders back and they don't care. If I don't get my books back this month I will be expecting money off my order I sent 65 books in to test their service and it failed | ||

| I've noticed that some new people are posting that their books still say "processing". I just want to point out that the CBCS dashboard can be a bit confusing. You actually have to click on your invoice to see where your books are at. If it is there that you see "processing", your books have not been graded yet and are sitting in the vault. I just want to make sure that everyone is aware of how the site is set up. | ||

| @Jesse_O Actually, you shouldn’t see “Processing” there. If you see “Received” then your books are sitting in the vault. Then comes “Grading” which is now a blanket status for Grading, labels, and encapsulation. (I have a 1 book order that’s been in Grading for the better part of 2 months) Then there is “Shipping” when your order is preparing to ship and finally “Complete” when your books have left the CBCS facility | ||

| I turned these books in at a Dallas Fan Expo in Early April. Then I was told 12 week turn around. Then I was told after waiting several weeks, that it would be past the processing phase and into the next 7/6/2018. Well here we are 4 days later and what do I see? The same message of processing. I'm thinking about sending some to CGC to compare how they work things and to see if they were the better deal, not by money but actual customer service and turn around time. As my first experience getting comics graded and slabbed, its not good so far. | ||
