| After dealing with CGC for about 10 years, with no problems, I finally decided to try CBCS, someone I know really pushed me to try. On April 3 I submitted 4 books for Verification, Pressing and grading. Was told it would be a 25 weeks process, give or take. At the 16 week mark tried to contact customer service, with no success, sent an email asking for the progress of my order. A few days later got the reponse that they just got out of pressing. Last week, week 19 still couldn’t reach customer service. Again, sent email this time the answer given was to refer to timetable available. I understand that they moved to a new location and they are behind but the least they could do is actually respond to the questions asked. I know I’m only on week 20 of 25, the fact that they are not able to answer a simple question about my order really bugs me and IMO shows a certain level of “I Don’t Care” I tried CBCS is for the verification process but with this type of service I can’t see myself subbing books again. |

| I submitted 2 separate orders at the Lexington, KY Comic Con on March 10th. (no pressing -- no fast track) Both orders were marked received on Apr 2nd One order went into Grading on April 24th The second order went into Grading on May 22nd Update: Order #1 -- My books arrived home (end of week 23) Order #2 -- Week 25 -- Just got notified my books are shipping / waiting for FedEx to pick up Order #3 -- Week 11 -- Still marked as Received Dropped off at Heroes Con on Jun 15th (Also no-press/no fast track / no sig) Marked Received July 3rd |

| Update on my latest submission: 4 moderns, no FP. submitted May 8. I was told by CBCS CS to use the TAT to see when I should receive my order. TAT estimated the delivery would be 8/9 It is now week 16 of 12, still says it is in grading (it has said this since 8/22) So....we will see where this will end up. I will keep you updated. |

| @Gamecube2482 lol I have an order that’s been in Grading since May. That’s not bormal though. It was in grading when the move happened and I think it’s those orders that were most affected by the move as I’ve had an order that was submitted later already returned to me. @K2S0 If you submitted it in person at a convention, the received date, for the purposes of calculating your turnaround time, will be back-dated to the Wednesday after the convention where you submitted the books |

| Dropped off 14 books at the St Pete location on March 16th, just went to Shipping today. I presume that's shipping back to the new Clearwater location from Texas for me to go pick up there. Also dropped off 1 book for Pressing and Grading on same date, it still shows in Pressing. That one is gonna be awhile I guess. | ||

| 4 modern books 1 consumer book Recieved by CBCS March 21st Received by me Sept 6th Not sure if it is the new norm, but they only used single box packing with bubble wrap. No white CBCS box |

| Ok. I dont submit often. But to be honest, it felt more like xmas with white box. Presented with just bubble wrap this time was akin to an ebay pack job vs a company. (some ebay packers even double box) Granted the finished product looks wonderful. |

 My original receipt had this as membership pricing and now I have non-member pricing.Another problem to fix. The only thing that blows about the TAT is I've been offered a very nice price for the Avengers #3. If anyone is wondering why I didn't send some these off to get in the census, it's because I love having a slab that nobody can find on the almighty census. |

I submitted my payment info with the books, theyve been received since August 1. Will CBCS charge me when they are ready to start grading or what? if memory serves, they will charge me when they're ready, correct? | ||
