All my dreck from the last couple weeks, I think.

And more... I apologize for the ugly bar codes on some of the books.

Okay, I must be misunderstanding the definition of the term 'dreck' Studley_Dudley cause all this stuff looks pretty awesome. Sarcasm or do I not understand the term?

Yeah, I guess I didn't use it right. I was serious about the barcodes though. Not a fan of barcodes, but I can live with it if it presents better than the direct market edition.

A few of my recent pickups:

I bought this because of the "bug" weekly cover contest a few weeks ago.

1st Tank Girl

This photo does not do this Michael Bair 11x17 original art justice. I love the detail of this piece!

This is a color separation of the Linsner art for Zorro #11's cover. For those of you not familiar, it has 4 layers (cyan, magenta, yellow, black) that when stacked make the complete image. I'm going to matte and frame this baby for a 3D effect kind of like an animation cel.

Today was a great mail call day for me!! Besides the 6 Spanish Red Sonja's that I created a thread for, I also got these.

First up is some Super Spider-Man weeklies from the UK. These things are cool!! If you are a Spidey collector, you really need to look into these. They have black and white interiors, but they are larger than even Golden Age comics. They are more along the size of a magazine. I bought these strictly for a trade deal I am working on, but I may have to find some Joker covers!!

Next up is a Conan the Barbarian#23 (first appearance of Red Sonja) that I got a steal on in eBay!!! I owe thanks for that to a poor picture on eBay and some minor water staining.

And lastly, I bought a lot of 4 Captain America comics from the Conan seller at the same time. I got poor copies of #122 and #144. But I was more interested in the other two Cap comics in the lot. For the price, I couldn't pass them up!!!

Arrived today! Super happy about the X-Men variant; it was the last one I needed to complete the set. Clayton Crain Venom covers always look amazing, and the Venomized McFarlane cover swipe is another for the set.

Hi all!

Venom: Lethal Protector goodness, fresh from CBCS! Straight out of the box & on the wall; these look fantastic. Going to have to get Mr. De La Rosa to sign a LP Red next year so I can get the matching labels, but I've been looking forward to having these on the wall for a while. I'm still short the Black/Error & (legendary) White/Error, but three out of five isn't bad.
