| As lot of judgement but I would say you would probable get 1-1.5 deduction in this grade range so 4.5-5. If you want more info just google popped staple grading |

| Not sure with CBCS but with the other guys you could still pull a 6.0 but qualified "cover detached at top staple". I have an Aquaman #4 in 9.0 but bottom staple graded as such from CGC. Somewhat common on some older books due to thin paper stock on the cover |

| Might seem unfair, but my experience with both companies is that golden age books take less of a hit on this than silver and newer. Less of a hit on pretty much everything, so maybe 1 grade. | ||
