My two favourite covers that never were...

This one is by Warren Kremer, who never worked for EC... but what if he did?

And this one is by Zoltan Szenics...

In both cases, the colouring is by me with my meager Photoshop skills.

I've always loved this Wrightson cover...slabbed but PGX...
I kinda wish we were allowed to show our PGX slabs on here. I mean, their grading isn't always off. And if we could post their slabs, we could comment on their grading. If we thought they got it right or not.
I'm not sure but we probably aren't allowed to sell PGX on here, either. I do understand that rule, seeing as how they have lost people's trust with their grading standards.

Can't have #2 without a look at the violence on #1. I just got this recently from a woman who inherited a few comics. (hence the thumb isn't mine, lol i don't use that color, lol.)It's currently in for grading at CBCS. I'll let you know how it comes back.

@HOGLEG I've never seen mentioned anywhere that photos or discussion of PGX slabs was prohibited.

There is a ban on all things PGX, per Borock. I'll see if I can find the exact quote/post. It was very early on.

"Photographs of PGX books are not allowed on the CBCS forum. Any transactions of PGX products, including giving them away, would also be forbidden on this forum."

Their grading is but one of many things wrong with PGX. I think I could name 10 things wrong with PGX besides their grading.

I already know all the shady history of PGX, I didn't know about the ban. They need to add that to the Terms and Conditions thread.

The ban also applies to posting books graded by Vault, Halo, Ace, Midwest Grading, etc. Only CBCS and CGC books are allowed to be posted on the forum

Dude! You've got to start your own thread and tell us about it. Was Halo ever close to being legit? Did you have insurance? A vault? Who were the other graders? How did you get the job? What qualifications do you have? (are you well known in the industry?). Where did you learn your resto detecting skills? Spill the beans!
