| If you have a membership and have submitted comics to CBCS, you may have noticed that the number of “Points” you have accumulated is listed on your Dashboard page. I am still not sure of how to use these points, and in my opinion the “Coupons” that come with your membership are impossible to track (how do I know if I have any and why can’t I use them when I fill out my order on-line?). Anyway, I noticed that the order I sent in last week (they got it Thursday) is now marked as “Processing,” but my points are now about half of what they were a few days ago. Not sure what’s up with that. Has anyone else noticed a change in their Points? Does anyone know if Coupons expire and how to track them (other than trying to call Customer Service]? | ||

| Yes the points are still being worked on and last I heard, they still have not been back-dated yet. You can use your points by calling customer service or billing before paying for an order; however, personally, i have not wanted to use my points until they have the program fully functioning. If you have over 10,000 points then you supposedly collect double points so i'm just letting em ride. | ||

| I had a credit put on my account for return shipping on an error and asked for it to be used and never saw it done on an invoice to this day. Dont know where it went or if its even there anymore. Points? Never seen any. | ||
