How Would CBCS Handle A PGX Sig Book?5478

| I'm looking at a signed PGX book on e-bay. I know I can't expect the grade to carry over when re-graded by CBCS, but what about the witnessed sig? Would I get the yellow label? It's the only reason I'm considering the book. | ||
