Classic Femme Fatale Covers & Art?5333

Collector 00slim private msg quote post Address this user
Looking for classy, classic covers from the Golden Age up until now.

What are your favorite characters, covers, or original art pieces?

Black Widow would be too easy for me to pick, considering she's my favorite (both TOS 53 & Spidey 86 have cool classic covers).

I'll start with what might be my favorite cover of all time, Alex Ross' Batman: Harley Quinn one-shot cover. AKA, "Tango With Evil".

I had no way of knowing that 9.8 graded copies signed by Adam Hughes weren't what you were looking for. drchaos private msg quote post Address this user

The fake ads in the "Lady Killer" comics are macabre & amazing.

@00slim It's funny, my first thought was that the woman reminded me of Lady Killer.

Reminds me of 'Phantom Lady'.

Which makes me ask, why are there so many photocopies of the Phantom Lady comics on e-bay?

@Helric1 - Love those old Air Fighters and Air Boy Comics. I used to own a few, but I haven’t seen them in years, so I probably traded them away. That scene reminds me of the Dave Steven’s cover swipe (practicality anything he drew could be posted here; look at Corey’s Johnny Quest cover). I don’t own this issue, but if I came across a nice copy at a convention, I would probably buy it. Another gifted artist that died far too young.

Much Agreed Ed! and you beat me to the Air Boy cover. The Mid-Eighties Eclipse series is another independent title that I credit with bring me back into comic books. I don't believe I could be without my Air Boy run and the Comico Jonny Quest as well.

The Vamperella are Sweet too Guys!

Here is my Airboy #5 copy, as well as the following Tim Truman Issue #6
