| This is from Action Comics #1000, but the place I got it from says it is interior art. So, I guess it didn't make the cut? So they just put it in a gallery or something. I was actually hoping someone would do an homage to The Secret Years #3, which was a fantastic cover back in the day. It's a shame, because this one is better than most of the ones they went with.  |

| And here is yet ANOTHER cover that would have been better than most of them. Seeing George Perez's goof cover makes me sad for him, assuming it's due to his illness. But here's a classic artist who apparently hasn't lost a step: José Luis García López. He'll be at HeroesCon this year, and if this damn comic wasn't an artificially rare 1:100 I'd buy five and get 'em all signed. This is DC Nation #0, by the way. It's the thing they're doing where they cancel a bunch of comics that are selling really well and then start over with new concepts and groups and shit. And lots more number #1's. Nothing we haven't seen ad nauseum, right guys?  |

| Mot much of a selection at the first LCS....BLANK and two covers. I went with the 80s Middleton variant....due to limits of one per person. The JLS variant...not at the LCS I went. Bummer...I would have picked that up. |

| I went with 30's Steve Rude cover. My regular LCS was out of cover As, so I may stop at another on the way home. Still underwhelmed by these. Debating a sketch cover, but realistically I doubt I'll ever jump through all the hoops of getting a commission. I would love to have a Dan Jurgens sketch though. | ||
