| If you mean Emerald City in Seattle, last year CBCS set up at the Grand Hyatt Seattle. They had numerous signing events as well as on-site grading. And, of course, you could submit comics there as well as find witnesses who could help with getting signatures. No plans have been announced for the 2018 show, but watch for announcements. I'm almost 100% positive that CBCS will be nearby in some form or fashion. | ||
