Matt and Trinity are the BEST!!!! I almost want to say they are awful so I don’t have to share how awesome the service is. I was unbelievably lucky to get Len Weins sig on my grail HOS 92 because Trinity held my book safely for months until Wein showed up at SDCC.

Quote:Originally Posted by Deadpoolica I guess I just don't comprehend much in the hobby anymore. Maybe I'm getting old. To me, cbcs and cgc are grading companies. Nothing more. Nothing less. I want to know about all things related to the condition of the comic by a company that specializes in conditions of a comic. I feel all other aspects can also be obtained online (artist writer inker). Cbcs and cgc are not specialists in other information; only grading |

In spite of the lower-than-hoped-for grades, these are some really nice books. You have great taste IMHO (I like the same stuff ).

Is he just at a point in life he's bored and finds it more of a challenge to find the most ridiculous place to put his signature? as much as I'd like to think it's an honest mistake it happens waaaaay too often to be coincidence. Anyway, I had an amazing fantasy #15 reprint sent off to trinity for a Stan Lee sig in Boston. No word on how it went yet. But I know where he traditionally signs these and I put the window right in that spot....plus I even put a piece of comic sleeve inside the book just so the ink wouldn't bleed through to the interior as it wa the newspaper reprint. We'll see how it turns out....I'm nervous. |

I added a press and fast pass...although Matt has been good about reassuring me everything went well, I'm wondering what is the best way to know the status of the slabbing? I never received an invoice, which seemed odd...and I'm still not entirely sure if Trinity ships the book to me or does Matt have cbcs ship it direct to me? I'm a bit nervous, but I'm trusting Trinity so far, especially given I have almost exclusively heard good things to date...my situation must be an anomaly of sorts. |

@kaptainmyke what are the signature dates on yours? Wondering even with fast pass how long the wait will be...I doubt I see them before Xmas. Especially since I requested a press...not sure if Trinity has their own presser they work with, but I think they send it to cbcs to press now that they offer the service.

@drogio I just received my HOS 92 from SDCC (without a press) if that helps give you any idea! And yes Matt has had my most prized books as well!
