lol thanks. It's like a race to post news on the boards the moment it's announced. I was a few minutes too slow this time.

Seems to me like they could've gotten Ron Perlman for the part and not have to do any makeup

That would have been the perfect choice!

This guy doesn't seem so bad, but is a bit on the skinny side compared to Ron

Nice Kriss Vector he's carrying! I wanted one, but I already have a modified AR-15 that also uses Glock 21 magazines. He should keep his finger off the trigger until he is ready to fire though.

You should be able to use .45 Super in the Vector too. I would suggest 255gr hard cast lead from Underwood.

I'm not sure why. It's much easier to shoot a straight walled cartridge from a rifle than a deer slug from a shotgun. Less recoil, less noise, cleaner kill, less danger of a bad hit, less suffering of the animal. Add to that the recoil reduction technology of the Kriss Vector.

I guess I should point out that a stock Kriss Vector looks nothing like that Hollywooded up monster that Cable is holding lol.

Do they allow suppressors for hunting in Ohio? If so, the Vector in .45 is the way to go.

One would think Cable is more bulked up than Brolin.....hmmmm.....we'll have to see.

Since filming has begun I don't think he's getting any bulkier. And Hollywood has clearly shown they have no respect for source material.

The gun isn't big enough. Also, I don't like Josh Brolin. He's had a "misunderstanding" that lead to him being arrested. That type of "misunderstanding" is a no starter for me.

Get over domestic violence?

1) one two people on earth know what really happened.

2) no charges were pressed.

3) she didn't even want him arrested, but they did because of department policy.

4) it was 13 years ago.

5) people call the cops wrongly all the time.

6) see #1

7) see #2

You might want to look into the facts on domestic violence and the cycle of domestic violence. Let me know what you find out about the victim's of it why they aren't cooperative with law enforcement, why they hide injuries, and why the laws surrounding it in many states have changed in the last 20 years. While you can be flippant in the list you wrote, I got to see the results of domestic violence at least once a week while I was on patrol. I saw females that were battered, and children (that's not to say that men aren't victims from it. I never went on a call where a male was the reporting party). It isn't a TV show or something that I just read about. I've been in crime scenes that were awashed in blood due to it. Our perspectives are very different about it and those that commit the crime.

Well, we live in a society where there is a presumption of innocence. The man not only was never convicted, but never even charged. I'm not going condemn a man for what might have happened 13 years ago. I'm certainly not going to let something that might have never happened determine my movie going habits.
