HUGE shout out to the guys at the booth in Denver this past weekend! I wish I could remember all the names, but Chris was a great help! Sorry I can't remember all of you!

I had three books to be signed by Adams, five books for Campbell and a book that I planned on getting sketched. Some for press! Even though I had all of these crazy orders I wanted to put together, it was absolutely the smoothest transaction from the booth at all turns.

I never felt rushed or pressured and the conversation during submission was either about the comics at hand or the actual time that could be represented by #soon.

Glad I joined up, and even though I know I will now join the masses waiting for the books to come back to me, I can say it was an awesome time.

Here's the Adams sigs:

And the Sketch I ended up getting done by Ty Templeton! All I told him is X-23 dressed up as Harley Quinn and..

Had a ton of fun, but got caught up in the craziness of the weekend overall, picked up a lower grade X Men 94 and Silver Surfer 4 to add to the collection.

Thanks again for the great service CBCS!

Congrats! Glad the convention went smoothly and the sketch cover turned out great! Hopefully I'll be moved out to Colorado Springs in the next few years and we can have a meet-up at the Denver Comic Con!

I thought Shrewbeer's submission settled the Jessica Cruz question.

Nope not really @DarthLego they said that I should ask Marvel because they say one thing and others say another. One of them said that Green Lantern 19 with a hand is the first appearance. But we dont see her like what she looks like till Justice League 32 i believe if that when she get Power Ring

I submitted my very first comics to get graded at DCC as well to the crew as well. Very personable, friendly and knowledgeable. I got a chuckle when they were showing around my "The Killing Joke" copy that I was shipping off. Yeah it is a pretty one. Now the wait until... august or so?

Yeah I meet Larry he was very nice person and heard some stories working on the Joes. You are right there was alot of artist and writers but meet Ron Martz, Brent Spears, and Jodi Houser. You are right if i had hit the lotto would have tooken a whole box to get graded lol. Also forgot to send my Amazing Spider-Man Issue 344 and 361 just to be slabbed

Lol I understand that sentiment. I have a few books I would love to get pressed/subbed but you know that winning lotto ticket just won't come haha.

Lol yeah you are right about the. My brother had all his books to get pressed. What was funny we were going around to see prices for the artist and writers. When we stopped at Aspens Booth to talk to Peter when they pulled out the last issue of Harly Quinn Rebirth Pudding Variant. My brother bought and later had Peter Signed it lol

@mef: NM 98 news stand edition, Sandman #1 signed by NG, ASM 129 that I got at DCC (but I read it first before getting slabbed), The Killing Joke and Rick and Morty #1 first print. "Nothing much", lol.

Sounds like some great subs and a great pick up on that ASM 129! Lots of folks on the forum might be jealous of that Rick and Morty.

I do have an extra RM #1. But I got it when it first came out. The second one I got was this past spring. Went to a LCS where I was visiting family. He had a pile of RM's. Started to go through them and there it was. My heart jumped. RM #1 staring at me for only $20. I laughed happily. I brought it up to the counter and the owner saw it, hung his head. He forgot he had that issue but honored the price. Very cool. That visit and one other, I ended up dumping about $400 and have ordered more from him since then. It's also where I got my nm white pages copy of of "The Killing Joke" which CBCS now has.

I think CBCS did settle the Jessica debate, and they nailed it, and CGC is out to lunch on it, and Marvel doesn't publish Green Lanterns, so asking Marvel anything would be worth a bucket of Jackwagons.
