| I was at the LCS yesterday near my work. The owner has many short boxes of good stuff that he does not keep out for people to look at. I had a chance to dig through them and buy some nice books that I hope to post here tonight to so you guys can see. There were 2 books that where tempting but I did not buy. They were Batman 181 and 189. First Poisin Ivy and first Silver age Scarecrow. The Poisin Ivy(181) looked like a raw 2. I am not sure if it had the pinup. The 189 looked like a 5.0. He has them priced for $104 on 181 and $95 on 189. He has many keys in these boxes. Any advise? Buy or Pass? | ||

| If the 181 has the centerfold and is around a 2.0, then that seems about right. The 189 in 5.0 is usually around $100 to $125. If you are not sure of their conditions, I would thumb through the books, and then pull a Frank from American Pickers and bundle them for $175. | ||

| @BrianGreensnips - I might have to take a trip to Michigan to see if he has any X-Men or ASM's in that box. Plus I really regret letting go of my Batman 251; does he have one of those in there? | ||
