| I have a question on comic book bleed thru, how much does it reduce the value of the book. I have a Secret wars #8 and front and back cover, show Ink on the first pages both sides. Other wise the book is stupendous. Thanks in advance | ||

| I don't think he is talking about "bleed through". I think he means transference. As in, ink from the cover transferring to the 1st and last newsprint pages. @vabchgent correct? |

| That might be able to be dry cleaned off. As far as grade drop, it's a very good question! I havent a clue. |

| Did the ink transfer from the cover? I saw an issue of Flaming Carrot where the ink on the cover had yellowed the first page where they'd made contact. The ink used was evidently acidic. As a collector, I wouldn't mark down the grade for something done at the printer. If it was an age or a storage issue, I would. |
