Recently bought a Low #2 SS CGC 9.8 from Ebay. When i removed it from the shipping box i saw a piece of the comic move in the slab. Turns out it was torn from the top of the spine. If i get it regraded with CBCS what grade would you guestimate it to be now?. Much appreciated   |

| It's just a piece of the Bindery tear that fell off, it won't drop that much. And besides it has already dropped, the label still saying 9.8 doesn't magically make it a 9.8, and trying to sell it as a 9.8 would be dishonest. I don't see it dropping lower than 9.6 | ||
