| I apologize if this has been asked and answered and I'm just rehashing. I've got a Green Label Spider-Man 36 (Black Cover Sept. 11th issue) that is a Dynamic Forces copy Re-Marked Edition. This is one of a specially limited series of 499 signed/sketched by Scott Hanna. Is this eligible to be submitted under the VSP program to get the fancy Red Label? I'm not sure how the sketch/numbering would be treated. Thanks all! |
