I give it a B. I think Rotten Tomatoes graded it on a curve due to MoS and BvS. Don't watch it in 3D; it's not worth the extra money. Either way enjoy. ![]() |

@DarthLego While Gal Gadot is a hottie, I actually don't find her curvy. I kind of wish they had cast a more Amazonian actress for the role. I particularly would have liked some thick, muscular thighs as opposed to those sticks she has. ![]() |

I didn't like her as the casting choice initiallty, but I've been pretty blown away w/what she's done. Leaving work early to go see this today and I'm stoked. |

DC may have finally figured out how to make a movie. Good one...even my wife enjoyed it (she's definitely not a comic book person).

Description from the YT page: "The first attempt to translate Wonder Woman to the small screen occurred in 1967. The successful Batman television series led Batman producer William Dozier to commission a pilot script by Stan Hart and Larry Siegel. Batman writer Stanley Ralph Ross was then asked to perform a re-write, after Hart and Siegel's script was deemed unsuitable. A portion of the pilot, under five minutes in length, was filmed under the title Who's Afraid of Diana Prince? The piece starred Ellie Wood Walker (Robert Walker Jr.'s wife) as Diana Prince, Linda Harrison as Diana's "Wonder Woman" alter ego and Maudie Prickett as Diana's mother. This pilot episode was never transmitted on television, and the project was not taken any farther. The pilot has been circulated on the Internet, however, and is of interest to Planet of the Apes fans for the early appearance of Linda Harrison, who would later go on to play Nova in the first two films of that series." |

@JLS_Comics Oh thank god that was never produced! And what's the deal with the reflection not matching her movements?

I liked the Gal Gadot casting but originally I thought Alexandra Daddario would have been perfect for the role.![]() ![]() |

I think Gal was cast because her being Israeli added a nice mystique to her. Diana is from a distant land with roots in Greek mythology after all. BTW Israeli women are hot.

Ares was just OK. I think he could have been so much better. Gal Gadot knocked it out of the park!

Gal Gadot and Chris Pine had some really funny moments. Worked really well together. I agree that Ares could have been done better. I still haven't forgiven Zack Snyder but this is a step in the right direction.
