| I have teen titans 2 graded 8.5 but I think the reason for this is it's got a pretty rusty staple. I was wondering is that something easy to have cleaned and Is that considered restoration? | ||

| it will be listed on the label as having been conserved. conservation is something you do to protect the comic from deteriorating further - whereas restoration is something you do to increase the look of the comic - typically by adding something. | ||
