Processing Order - Incorrect listings2916

Hello there,

I submitted several books recently to your onsite submission booth at a show. I noticed that some of the listings on the order show incorrect signature data and comic variant info. Is this something that needs to be addressed before they get to grading, or is this something QC would handle after the fact? I haven't had an order i had not entered myself before so I wasn't sure if there was anything I needed to do or not. Thank you for your help.

Info like this is fixed when it gets to the grading room. I wouldn't worry about it.

However, if the status says "Slab" or "QC" and the info is wrong, then make the call.

Thanks for the info Steve. I was just wanting to make sure I could save some QC time or whoever's time would be spent fixing it since I can clearly see what is wrong before it even got to them. I'll sit tight and let them do their job, I just wanted to ensure I had done anything i could to save someone from one of those "that isn't what i see here" moments.
