| If it's witnessed being picked up from the artist, or the artist sends it directly to CBCS with the proper paperwork it'll get yellow label and say sketched and signed by. If it is submitted for red label VSP they can only verify the signature, so it'll say something like "sketch on cover, verified sig..." | ||

They no longer show were it is signed at. Like this one was at Alamo Con but not listed on lable only names. Thats the new lable.    |
