| I have a few questions about the membership programs. If anyone knows the answers I'd appreciate it, otherwise I'll try and reach out to CBCS. I just signed up for the bronze package and: 1) Shouldn't I receive an email saying welcome or thank you or the very least a confirmation of sign up? It was $100! 2) Is it an automatic charge every year or do I manually re-sign up? 3) Can I use my three free fast passes for pressing? 4) If I don't use all my perks will they roll over into the next year? Thanks! |

| 1) you should receive a welcome mail. Have you checked your junk folder. I have found that most of my mails from them end up there. 4) no if not used they will be forfeited. |

| I have another membership question. How do I see when my membership runs out? I go to my profile, and it says that I have the bronze membership, and that I became a member in 2014. That is obviously not correct. LOL |

| Actually - there are two dates included on your membership.... The date you enrolled with the site.....AND.....the day you actually signed up for a premium service. For example. I enrolled in the CBCS family as a member and forum user in Sept 2016....but enrolled as a Bronze Member in November 2016. Clearly my Bronze status will expire in Nov 2017 - not Sept 2017. Does that help? |
