| Any idea what I’m doing wrong here? Book is not showing up in the census…looking to reholder it and not sure what the deal is. Looks every bit a 9.8…so I do t think it is counterfeit.  |

I had that problem with this.  It took a lot of explaining with customer service because they were confused why I was sending it in. I couldn't reholder it without the serial number. Eventually I got it resolved.  Basically, there was a data loss several years ago where a large batch of numbers and notes were lost and this book was one of them. Recommend you contact CS to see how to proceed. |

| So it seems that some of my books are coming up as “grading Tier (x0)” when I’m filling out the reholder. I’m able to submit the order, but it will not print an invoice. It seems to be books that have an ID of #######-AA-###. They come up in the grading notes…but are not given a “tier” when I fill out the form. So I’m not able to reholder these…probably because somehow the number is corrupted in their database…even though I can retrieve graders notes. 🫤 |
