I am still not receiving any response from you, and you phone number is constantly broken, giving different prompts, messages, or just hanging up, and not letting me speak to anyone. This morning i was suprised to be offered a medical alert braclet when i called. WTF? I have paid for products that I OWN, and are sitting in your office but you wont let me pick them up without waiting nearly month. I then paid for shipping on February 19th and the status still says ReadyForPickup and nobody responds to my questions about what the status of shipping is.

What is going on over there??

Thanks, both of you. I am in DFW, and initially had will-call, but the reservation system had no slots available on the calendar for at least 2 weeks and said to come back to checkfor more availabledates, so I emailed and requested shipping, which I was charged and paid for around 2 weeks ago, but it still says "ReadyForPickup. I can reach out to @cody_lockwood, but who is that?
