I know this isn't a comic book question but, it does has to do with Beckett. I was going through some of my baseball cards and noticed an error (or variant). I can't find it anywhere online. I was wondering what my next step might be and if it would be worth sending it in. It's a 1993 Fleer Ultra George Brett #206 On the back of the card, his first name seems to be airbrushed with blue. Every other card, on all of the cards, the names are solid white. Here they are... ![]() ![]() The left would be the error. ![]() Does anyone have any information on this?

I have not heard of a printing error for this card. Looking at current listings on eBay, this one’s back looks similar to your card. clickable text

I don’t know much about cards, but this seems like a normal print error like when older comics have a consistent bleed or the edge ink from production. Maybe its common enough to not warrant an “error”? IDK.

These kinds of "errors" are never valuable. It's just a printing issue. The kinds of errors worth collecting are like the Billy Ripken FF card or the Dale Murphy reverse negative - errors in the content of the card that are caught and fixed, limiting the amount of the errors in circulation. In other words, do not send this in.
