| I have not had a delivery from FedEx without drama in over two years. I am waiting on my latest submission to be delivered, knowing FedEx quits delivery in just under an hour, watching the truck icon sit in the truck stop I watched him pull in to over an hour ago (driving past on my way home), knowing they probably won't make it today, won't make it tomorrow, might not make it Monday. Why is CBCS wedded to such a terrible service? |

| I get that. But as much as we (and by extension CBCS) pays for the service should mean that I should get my books on schedule instead of three days late because the driver wanted a handy from a lot lizard. | ||

| As usual - I believe that the Courier supporting the area is more important than the name of the company. Whether DHL, Fedex, UPS etc - the service you get depends on the actual driver delivering in the area |
