![]() Messing around with a new template I found. Here's the scores so far. I'll update it tonight. ![]() It's kind of cool. Next year maybe we can use it since the best feature is that the sheet can be shared and you fill out a form where you can submit your picks directly with a timestamp and it'll be updated. It'll only work if everyone has a google account though. But that way it'll be less work for @zdoes or @figment. |

Updated scores with only SNF to go. It looks like @zdoes and @jake are tied with 10 wins so far and each picked opposite teams for tonight's game. Please let me know if you see any errors in your picks. ![]() Unfortunately @figment didn't participate this week because he's in the hospital. He was tied with Precoder with 166 wins. I hope he gets well soon and maybe we can all chip in for a gift. Third place through last week was Studley_Dudley with 164 wins, 4th was ShallaBal with 163 wins and Sosa was 5th with 162 wins. The top 5 all picked Baltimore for tonights game. ShallaBal and Studley_Dudley are now tied for 2nd place with 172 wins (I think the tiebreaker is the amount of winning weeks) which is also a tie between you two. If there's a 2nd tiebreaker you both would like to look into we can also give that a try or leave it as is. Sosa is in 4th with 171 wins. @Pre_Coder will win the season with at least 175 wins. Congrats! ![]() Also, this wasn't posted in the last thread but Sosa won the tiebreaker in week 17 with a guess of "53". The MNF total score was 51 points. Once again, I'm accident/error prone so if you see any issues let me know. I'll be making a gift for the 2nd place winners. You're still in queue from 2024 since I need to make Rickett's gift, but I'll get started on it this month. |

| ^^^^^^^ @flanders Thanks for stepping in and doing all this work. It is most appreciated A correction to your spreadsheet, the one just above my post here: SEATTLE won on Saturday, not SF. Score was Seattle 13, SF 3. I picked Seattle, as did PreCoder, zdoes, and you. This means prior to the Sunday night Balt-Pitt game: Zdoes has 11 wins Flanders 10 PreCoder 10 Shalla Bal 10 And the ones who picked SF should be amended to this: Jake 9 Studley 7 Surf 8 Sosa 8 Michael 8 again, this is prior to Balt-Pitt game. Thanks! |

| @ShallaBal thanks! I have no idea why I selected that, I even picked Seattle and was well aware they won! Here's the updated spreadsheet: ![]() @zdoes10 wins week 18! @Pre_Coder with the most wins of the season! And @ShallaBal with 2nd place overall! @Studley_Dudley also made the podium in 3rd place. |

| That kerplunk you hear is Pete Carroll hitting the drink. No Black Monday surprises so far, except possibly the Cardinals not making a change (yet). I am happy to see the Lions stick it to the Bears one more time. This game shows me that the Lions will be alright moving forward for one big reason: Dan Campbell proved that he can learn from his mistakes. The Lions won this game because Campbell was not reckless on fourth down and took the field goal every time. They even picked up a cheap first down on fourth and one in their own territory by lining up to go for it and not snapping it. Any other team does that, there’s no way they are snapping that ball. With Campbell, they were so sure Detroit was going to run a play that the Bears jumped just before the clock hit zero. Great job of using your own tendencies against your opponent. Why does this give me hope for next season? Because Campbell realizes that his hyper aggressiveness on fourth down is the reason this team did not make the playoffs. Both the Pittsburgh and Philadelphia games were lost directly due to Campbell’s fourth down decision making. Those games alone are the difference between winning the division and finishing last. Were there other problems? Yes. Replacing both coordinators and expecting things to keep flowing the way they were is foolhardy. Even more foolish was expecting Graham Glasgow to adequately replace perennial pro bowler Frank Ragnow while starting first and second year players on the interior OL. Damaging as these mistakes were, Detroit was good enough to overcome them. They just couldn’t overcome Campbell’s fourth down recklessness on top of all that. Next year will be better. With a new OC and an upgraded OL, in addition to playing a fourth place schedule, the Lions will probably be back in the one seed in 2026. So while I am extremely disappointed with how this year went, I am still optimistic about the future. Congratulations @Pre_Coder for winning the season. Enjoy those bragging rights for the next several months! |

| The only thing surprising about the Eberflus firing is that he lasted until 2026. Just a terrible season defensively. |
