| The floor is an antique heart pine LVP flooring. I put it in both bathrooms as well as this room. I liked it so well, I put it in my one bedroom cabin when I took up the cracked ceramic tile. | ||

| My top two choices would be: 1) A Library/Reading/Lounging Area with a daybed for lounging and extra guests, some bookshelves, and comfortable seating (even beanbag chairs); or 2) A Movie Room/Sports Bar Area with a large wall-mounted TV, a small bar with mini-fridge in one corner, sports banners on the walls, and some stadium-like seating (optional). |
