Quote:Originally Posted by BrianGreensnips Agreed, but if there was a vote for a complete overhaul in the area of NFL color commentators, I would be a “yes, please!”. To be fair, there are some good ones. Greg Olsen comes to mind. Brady is coming into his own after a bit of a learning curve. I like Troy Aikman; he’s not afraid to call bullshit, whether it’s on the officiating or the coaching staff of either team. I just think the talent pool should be large enough to where every game should have a top tier team. |

| I hate it when I pick a team, but don’t really want them to win. How am I supposed to feel while watching the game? Argh! | ||

I'd like to say I still turned out alright, but that would be a lie.

| I didn't get to watch the game, but I anticipated Miami over Washington. After viewing the hilites when I got home, it appeared to me that Washington probably should have won by 2 TDs. Bad play calling, especially in the Red Zone. | ||

| KC at Denver,... can't see this game, but I pop in occasionally on my cell to check the score, and the game is tied 6-6 at halftime. Must be one helluva defensive battle taking place. | ||

| Fox has the better color guys while CBS has the better play-by-play guys. As for national teams, I like Al Michaels but think Herbstreit is better with Chris Fowler on the college game. Troy is great on MNF but there is something about Joe Buck that irks me. I do like Tirico and Collinsworth on SNF. For the overseas games, something about Rich Eisen bugs me. Love his radio show but not doing play-by-play. | ||

| @Studley_Dudley You are right about CBS having the better play by play men. Kevin Harlan is the best in the biz IMO. Also agree with you on Joe Buck. Nothing I can put my finger on but I do find him mildly annoying. | ||

Well... now I'm rooting as much for @Nearmint67 as I am the Cowboys. In the years we've been playing this game I'm not sure I remember a perfect week.![]() |
