 EVENT INFORMATION Price: Each signature will be $45 USD, which does not include grading fees or add-ons. Deadline: All books must be received by 12/10/2025 at our Plano office. Please mail all books to: CBCS – John Romita Jr Signing - 2700 Summit Ave Ste 100, Plano, TX 75074 How to submit: 1. Go to www.cbcscomics.com and log in (or create a free account). 2. Click “Submit Collectibles”. 3. Click “Add Comic”. 4. Under “Add Authentic” enter John Romita Jr. Use today’s date. 5. Select “Add Verified” if there are any unwitnessed signatures on the comic. 6. Select Press for each comic that you would like to have cleaned and pressed. 7. Repeat these steps for each book complete the checkout and then print your invoice and include it in your submission. Book Prep Requirements: 1. All books must be bagged and boarded with pre-cut signature windows (large enough for the signing). 2. Unprepared books will incur a $5 prep fee per book. 3. Slabbed comics can be submitted, but we cannot guarantee the original grade. No fee to open a slabbed comic. 4. Write your NAME, EMAIL, INVOICE NUMBER, and “John Romita Jr” on the back board. 5. You may include a signature color request, but these are not guaranteed. The creator has the final say on any color, placement, remarks, or quotes. In the event of any cancellation, books will be returned or rescheduled as appropriate. Payment: Signature fees and add-ons will be charged once your books are received. Card payments only – NO CASH OR CHECKS ACCEPTED. Invoicing Guidelines: To avoid delays, please keep the following on separate invoices: - Magazines vs. Comics - Pressing vs. Non-pressing - Express vs Non-express - Signing vs Non-signing Each signing event requires its own invoice.
