OF COURSE Phins are up on Atlanta at he half big. Big by Miami standards anyway. Fields is having his best game of the season but Flacco is stilll dealing. He couldn't boil water when he was on the Colts but he's keep heads above water in Cinci. Maybe it's an AFC North thing. Helps to have Higgins and Jamar Chase of course. |

| This week comes down to if Green Bay wins, then the exiled clown wins the week outright, and @Pre_Coder pulls even with me for the overall. If Pittsburgh wins, then the week will be decided between Sosa and @Lonestar by the MNF score, and I'll maintain a very thin overall margin lead. Other than points, the KC/DC game is meaningless. |

| @Surf75 Cleveland had their chances early but were killed by their own mistakes. Great defense can only carry you so far. Their offense is no way good enough to overcome things like turnovers and missed field goals. And Atlanta… WTF?!? Every time I think they’re gonna lose they come out strong and every time I think they’re gonna win they lay an egg! Halfway through the season I still don’t know what to make of them. The season’s not over yet and we may still find our way down there, but this is looking like the first season (Covid year excluded) in over a decade that we did not go to at least one Lions game. Greedy bastards!🤬🤬🤬 |

Quote:Originally Posted by michaelekrupp I don't know about Lions tickets, but the Bengals don't really sell a lot of single game tickets since most everything is taken up by season ticket holders or scalpers. I've had tickets for approx 10 seasons minus the one where I was deployed. My initial season tickets were around $1k for two seats back in 2014. This year they were $3k for two seats and that's for seats in the 300 section. I can count on one hand the amount of games I've gone to going back to last season. Changing life priorities are making think on getting rid of them. Yesterday was just confirmation but I was hesitant to renew for the 2025 season before thinking me and some of the guys who split the tickets would work something out. Too many competing things on Sundays now. For many years, I loved going down there but now it's a chore since I live an hour away. It turns into an almost 12 hour day. While yesterday was pleasant from a weather standpoint, I've found I don't really enjoy sitting in the cold and rain anymore. I'm leaning towards not renewing and just buying tickets to one or two games next year. |

| @Studley_Dudley The Lions now have a waiting list for season tickets, but they do still offer single game tickets online and at the box office. I am not sure what the ratio of season to individual is. The Bengals tickets I looked at were through the Lions website, which runs through Ticketmaster. I’m not sure if the seats were offered by the Bengals or through a third party seller. Things actually worked out okay for us that game. Once we saw the prices we decided we would just all get together at my house, order a pizza and watch the game there. We probably had more fun for less than even the cost of gas to Cincinnati and back! | ||

| @Surf75 with the exact MNF score. The clown in exile with the week's win. @Pre_Coder and myself back in a tie for the overall. To Week 9 we go... ![]() |
