I like mangoes. I saw a jar of Melinda's mango preserves at the grocery store for $4. That stuff is fantastic. I would highly recommend it.

I've never put jam or jelly on a cracker. I put it on toast this morning. It would also go well in stuffed French toast or as a filling in between cake layers.

Das jam haus has two flavors that make good PB&J sandwiches; frog jam and black bear jam. Currant jelly is also really good on a PB&J. Grape also works well.

I am still trying to eat healthy. I made a Western omelette and put some hot sauce and salsa on the top. I try to do omelettes now instead of over easy eggs because it helps keep me from wanting toast(carbs) to slop up the yoke. Got a work out in and now time to enjoy the day with some football. Go Lions!

Not unless you have a license. Bureaucratic red tape to help out others. They have it in the works but it takes time and it’s not free.

Pork schnitzel and polenta with fontina and brown butter.

Apple and fennel salad with whole grain mustard vinaigrette
Tasted great but next time I make this I'll skip using the fennel.
I also made candied walnuts that only lasted 24 hours but forgot to take a photo after making that one.

I was going to call it a pecan pancake, but I figured it was filled with something since it was rolled up. I thought it looked a little thick to be a crepe.
