I like mangoes. I saw a jar of Melinda's mango preserves at the grocery store for $4. That stuff is fantastic. I would highly recommend it. |

| I've never put jam or jelly on a cracker. I put it on toast this morning. It would also go well in stuffed French toast or as a filling in between cake layers. Das jam haus has two flavors that make good PB&J sandwiches; frog jam and black bear jam. Currant jelly is also really good on a PB&J. Grape also works well. |

 I am still trying to eat healthy. I made a Western omelette and put some hot sauce and salsa on the top. I try to do omelettes now instead of over easy eggs because it helps keep me from wanting toast(carbs) to slop up the yoke. Got a work out in and now time to enjoy the day with some football. Go Lions! |

 Pork schnitzel and polenta with fontina and brown butter.  Apple and fennel salad with whole grain mustard vinaigrette Tasted great but next time I make this I'll skip using the fennel. I also made candied walnuts that only lasted 24 hours but forgot to take a photo after making that one. |
