| Many steps later...2 dozen + cabbage rolls...but of course left over cabbage...soooo.... cabbage roll casserole!!! Only 3 cabbage rolls broke while transferring to containers for the freezer..and that is a perfect dinner!!   |

| So I am in a different country at the moment and they had the most unique water boiling system in tbe restaurant for tea. This was a version jn a guy's house but the restaurant version is very similar just bigger water jug. Apparently there is a tube going through the table thst fills the carafe. Surrounding that fill tube is a heating element that boils the water.  |
