 My wife made these jumbo meatballs with ground veal and ground beef. They were delicious. I will be taking one for lunch tomorrow. I went to purchase a pound of veal at the market for her and I don't do much shopping. I was surprised to see that a pound of veal was $18. which seemed pricey to me. |
